my journey
in the world of art

I have participated in many group exhibitions over a number of decades, and I joined in the 2022 'I Am' Arts Trail on Stradbroke Island.

 My works have received a Commended and a Highly Commended in two separate juried exhibitions in Cleveland, Qld. Being a member of several Art Groups in South East Queensland, Australia brought opportunities to connect with other artists to share ideas, dreams, passions and visions.  I have studied under a long list of tutors in various mediums including Graphite, Watercolour, Pastel, Acrylic Paint, Acrylic Ink, Gouache, Oil paint, and have experimented with Chinese Brushwork and Lino Printing.I have painted landscapes, seascapes and floral work, along with still life and architectural work.  My present interest is in continuing an earlier exploration into Abstract Art and discovering new things

Plus  I am presently enrolled in, and loving, the 12 - week Creative Visionary Program (CVP) with Nick

I have studied under some amazingly generous and wonderful artists who have inspired and encouraged me to continue to follow the trail in art.
